At Velveet Photo, developed by Hasan Aydoğdu, we are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data. This Privacy Policy explains the data processing principles that apply when you use the Velveet Photo mobile application, which is provided completely free of charge.

1. Data Collection and On-Device Processing Principle

Velveet Photo is built to run entirely on your device's local hardware. We do not collect, store, or upload any of your personal data, the photos you import, or your usage habits to any external cloud or server. All image processing, filtering, and "ProDesk" masking actions are executed asynchronously and strictly within the secure ecosystem of your own mobile device.

2. Device Permissions (Gallery and Storage Access)

For the app to fulfill its core features as a photo editor, you will need to grant access to your device's photo gallery and local storage:

  • Gallery Access: Used solely to let you select and import photos into the application for editing.

  • Storage Access: Required to export and save your final, edited high-quality photos back to your device. None of the visual data accessed through these permissions is ever transmitted outside of your device.

3. Advertisements and Third-Party Service Providers

Velveet Photo is a free app. To keep the application free to use and cover continuous development and maintenance costs, the app includes advertisements.

  • Third-party ad networks integrated into the app (such as Google AdMob) may collect and use certain non-personal or pseudonymous technical data—such as advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID), cookies, or limited device info—to serve relevant or contextual ads.

  • These third-party services operate under their own independent privacy policies. We do not have access to or control over the data they process.

4. Children’s Privacy

Since our application does not request, collect, or store any personal information from its users, it does not hold any data that could compromise the privacy of children. Our advertising partners also comply with international data regulations (such as COPPA) regarding underage users.
